About OPPE
OPPE is a free set of online PDF tools built around one idea: your documents should never have to leave your device.
Why we built OPPE
Contracts, invoices, ID copies, bank statements: the PDFs people need to merge or split are often the most private files they have. Most online PDF sites upload them to a server to process them.
OPPE does the same jobs without the upload. We wanted a tool we would be comfortable using with our own documents, and that anyone can use for free without creating an account.
How it works
When you open a tool, the PDF engine is downloaded to your browser once and runs there as WebAssembly. Your file is read into the browser tab's memory, processed on your computer or phone and offered back as a download.
- No upload: our server has no endpoint that accepts documents.
- Nothing stored: files exist only in the tab's memory and are wiped when you start over or leave the page.
- Works with Turkish and other special characters in text, file names and page numbers.
What you can do
These tools are ready to use today. Converters between PDF and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images are being prepared and are listed on the home page as coming soon.
Free, supported by ads
OPPE is free and needs no sign-up. Hosting and development are paid for by ads from Google AdSense. Ads load only if you accept advertising cookies, and they never have access to your files: documents are processed on your device either way.
Who is behind OPPE
OPPE is an independent project developed in Türkiye. We read every message: bug reports, tool requests and feedback directly shape what we build next.
