Reporting a problem
These details help us find the cause quickly:
- which tool you used and what you expected to happen,
- the error message shown on the screen (a screenshot is ideal),
- your browser and device (for example Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone),
- roughly how large the file was and how many pages it had.
Please do not send your documents
OPPE is designed so that nobody, including us, ever sees your files. Please do not attach documents that contain personal or confidential information; describing the problem is enough. If a sample file is really needed, we will ask for one without sensitive content.
Our reply
We answer as soon as we can, usually within a few working days. Your email address and message are used only to reply to you and are never shared with third parties.
